			If an EDR sends a test callout successfully it does not guarantee that the device will call out on shutdown, it only verifies the cell connection and callout list. It is important to also check that the Data-Values tab is showing a value for ''Annunciator Run Status'', otherwise the callout may never actually happen. See [[EDR_Troubleshooting_-_Missing_Compressor_Data]] if test callouts work but normal callouts are missing.
