Overview

The DCT recovery mode is used to copy the last good software files.

Symptoms that may be fixed by recovery mode:

  • DCT boots and shows Dynamic Control logo, but then doesn't do anything else
  • DCT boots to the app handler screen (with the progress bar) but never launches the main application or the main application crashes constantly

How to use

  1. Turn off DCT
  2. Press and hold button between modbus 1 and 2.
  3. Power up DCT.
  4. About 5 seconds after the boot logo (Dynamic control) disappears, release button.
  5. Within 20-30s the DCT should restart itself. If not, repeat the process.
