The 20360 AFRCA Single Bank boards have an issue where the O2 "heater-" pin does not work correctly. Without proper heating, the O2 reading is less stable.
Note: This is only for the pre-cat pin. The post-cat heater pins work correctly.
Note 2: This problem is only for 20360 boards. The dual-bank AFRCA works properly.
Field Fix
Since the heater+ wire is properly switched, the heater- wire can be moved to ground. Simply land the black wire from the O2 sensor on pin 33 instead of pin 28.
Settings Adjustment
If using setpoint control, having the heater active will lower the O2 reading. This means that after moving the wire, the setpoint will likely need to be reduced to have the engine operating the same as before.
