EDR Troubleshooting Guide
Identifying the Issue
1. Does the unit show "Timeout" on the Connect site (example below)?
YES : See Troubleshooting Signal Issues
NO : Continue to 2
2. Are there callout issues?
NO : Continue to 3
2b. Does the unit only call out "Unit has stopped"? See EDR Troubleshooting - Missing Compressor Data
2c. Does the unit call out the wrong description? See EDR Troubleshooting - Incorrect callout descriptions
2d. Other: Confirm that the callout list is set up correctly by going to the portal, selecting a unit, and going to "Callout Scheduling" -> "Overview"
3. Is the unit missing compressor data?
YES : See EDR Troubleshooting - Missing Compressor Data
NO : Continue to 4
4. Is the unit compressor data incorrect?
YES : See EDR Troubleshooting - Incorrect Compressor Data
NO : continue to 5
5. Is the engine data missing or is panel engine data glitching?
YES : See EDR Troubleshooting - Engine data issues
