Adding Temps from TDXM

Normally an EDR connected to a TTD only gets the run code, rpm, and battery voltage. Optionally, the TDXM can be connected as well to get the temperatures.

Steps:

1. On the TDXM go to the setup menu setpoint 7, and set "RTU" to "2" and "baud" to "0"
2. With two wires, connect the "A" of the TTD to the "A" of the TDXM, and "B" to "B"
3. Connect to the EDR WiFi Console, see EDR Wi-Fi Console
4. Open the modbus master page, then the modbus master table
5. For each row that contains a valid temperature, change the ID column to "2" and the register column to 40000+[channel number]
