Catalyst Types
From EMIT Controls
EMIT Catalyst models follow this format:
[Shape][Dimensions][Type]
For shape:
- RE = Round
- RD = Round with flange
- RIQ = Round/Octagonal with bonnet
- RQ = Octagonal
- RT = Rectangle
- RIT = Rectangle with bonnet
- RTP = Rectangle partial element
For dimensions, the model will use 4 numbers to look up the dimension. The dimensions vary by type so it is not shown here.
For Type:
- T: Standard NSCR/Three-Way/Rich Burn catalyst
- R/P: Premium NSCR/Three-Way/Rich Burn catalyst
- Z: Standard Oxidation/Lean Burn catalyst
- H: Premium Oxidation/Lean Burn catalyst
