Ignition Check For Ground Plane Fix

Early ICMs had an issue with the grounding planes that would contribute to a reset issue from voltage flyback. If the board serial number is 1562 or higher, this is fixed internally. For older boards, many were modified to fix this issue. To check for the fix:
- Remove ICM cover
- Check area circled below as "C202/203 location"
- If a wire bridge exists between the two Caps as shown in the 2nd picture, the fix has been done
- If the wire bridge is missing, the fix has not been done.
